Jessica Alba “fell in love” with the beauty elixir – coconut water from the first time she used it.
Coconut water – Beauty elixir
Jessica Alba uses coconut water to moisturize her skin, remove excess oil and prevent aging.
Coconut water is not only Jessica Alba’s favorite drink but also her beauty secret. Jessica uses coconut water to moisturize her skin, remove excess oil and prevent aging. Jessica confided that her skin is quite dry, so if she doesn’t moisturize enough, her skin will easily form wrinkles. After trying many types of cosmetics without any obvious effect, Jessica was taught how to use coconut water for beauty. From the first time she used it, she immediately fell in love with this “beauty miracle drug”. Every day when she washes her face, she uses coconut water to apply to her skin and massage gently. Jessica’s favorite exfoliating product is a mixture of yogurt, ground coffee mixed with coconut oil. This mixture helps remove dead skin effectively, moisturizes the skin, and is extremely benign, anyone can use it.
Her shiny hair is achieved thanks to using coconut oil as hair conditioner.
Jessica Alba also proved that she is a “big fan” of coconut water by using it instead of conditioner. Her shiny, bouncy hair is thanks to this special conditioner.
Exercise 3 – 2 – 1 and half servings
Jessica practices a series of exercises 3 – 2 – 1 4 times/week to stay in shape.
The 3 – 2 – 1 exercise series includes 3 sets of cardio exercises, 2 sets of circuit exercises and 1 set of core exercises. Cardio is exercises that increase the heart rate such as jogging. Circuit is a series of consecutive exercises using exercise equipment such as balls and dumbbells. Core are exercises that focus on the middle part of the body: the abdomen, hips and lower back. Jessica works out 4 times a week with a personal trainer.
“I never finish the food on my plate,” Jessica shared.
The dark angel shares another secret to staying in shape that she thinks is quite strange but very effective. That means eating only half of the food on the plate. Jessica said: “I never finish the food on my plate. People often say it’s a waste, but I know that to have a beautiful figure, you need to limit your calorie intake. Full stomach, hungry eyes is a common disease in many people. They often take on their plates the amount of food that exceeds their body’s needs. I myself, too. So to control calories, I always only eat half of the food on my plate.”
