Miley Cyrus made sure all eyes were on her as she performed on stage at the Hilarity For Charity variety show in Hollywood on Saturday.

The 22-year-old performed her hits wearing a very skimpy and shiny blue leotard which had a thong design at the back.

Flashing her pert posterior as she bounded around the stage, the singer topped off the look with a pair of flesh-coloured tights and silver thigh-high boots.

But her outrageous look did not end there and the pretty blonde delighted her fans when she wore an oversized colourful daisy costume complete with a light pink skirt.

She took to the stage as a headliner to raise funds and awareness in the battle against Alzheimer’s alongside Seth Rogen and James Franco, who was being given a Bar Mitzvah in the performance.

The blue-eyed Wrecking Ball singer was certainly looking forward to the event all evening, having documented the moments leading up to arrival on Instagram.

‘My date to @hilarityforcharity @twinkleswinkle…#FrancosBarMitzvah #AlzSucks #ENDALZ,’ she captioned a photo of herself in the backseat of a car beside a gal pal.

Aimed at raising awareness amongst milennials, Hilarity For Charity is now in it’s fourth year, according to it’s website.

The movement, which is spearheaded by Seth, also raises funds for the care, research, and awareness of Alzheimer’s, the website adds.

This year, the performance was focused on James’ Bar Mitzvah.

Seth said in a statement to Variety: ‘Ever since I’ve known James, he’s been talking about wanting a bar mitzvah.

‘We’re excited to see him finally become a man while also helping us raise awareness and funds for people living with Alzheimer’s and towards research that will lead to a cure.

‘And in celebration we’ll also have a mohel and a live bris for James at the event.’

The performance comes as The Flaming Lips singer Wayne Coyne revealed on Instagram that he and Miley are going to be performing together in concert naked.

Frontman Wayne captioned a picture of himself with The Flaming Lips, sans clothes: ‘Oh f**k..!!!’ he eloquently opened, minus the asterisks.

‘@mileycyrus is planning a show where her, the band ( us ) and the audience are all COMPLETELY naked with milk ( well white stuff that looks like milk) is being being spewed everywhere,’ he wrote.

‘It’s a video ( in the works) for #mileycyrusandherdeadpetz song The Milky Milky Milk.’

Milky Milky Milk is indeed a song on Mileys new free album, song number ten of 23 that include such timeless gems as Bang Me Box, Slab Of Butter, Pablo The Blowfish, and of course, I’m So Drunk.

Miley herself was uncharacteristically quiet on the matter on her own Instagram account.

However the singer did confirm earlier this month that she will be touring with the band.

Miley and Wayne have collaborated on a number of songs before, and even starred together in the hilariously trippy music video for Blonde SuperFreak Steals the Magic Brain.

The twosome – as well as Coyne’s girlfriend Katy Weaver – even recently got matching tattoos of Cyrus’s late dog, Floyd.
