Miley Cyrus is celebrating Flowers hanging on to the number one spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 for a phenomenal sixth week in a row.

To mark the occasion, she stripped down to a high-necked, one piece gold swimsuit and black pumps and posed on the hood of a light blue car.

The photo, which the Party in the USA singer – who dropped the track list for her upcoming album Endless Summer Vacation this week –  posted to her Instagram, was captioned:

‘Flowers is #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 for the 6th week in a row. To THANK YOU I’m dropping the Flowers Demo on Friday.’

The Wrecking Ball singer can certainly buy herself flowers and write her name in the sand.

Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that suggest Miley’s ex-husband Liam Hemsworth is preparing to sue her over the hit song.

According to leaked documents that emerged on Twitter on Tuesday the 33-year-old actor named the FU singer as a defendant for a ‘complaint for defamation of character.’

Allegedly, the Hunger Games star is heated because he’s about to lose his The Witcher contract with Netflix.

Fans jumped to comment on the alleged drama, writing, ‘I really doubt liam hemsworth is actually suing miley cyrus but if he is: it’s her fans faults for making up all that s**t about him, like cheating 14 times in the mansion from the flowers video.’

And Miley’s ex-sister-in-law Elsa Pataky – who is married to Chris Hemsworth – also had something to say about the drama and rumors.

She talked about Flowers during a recent interview with Europa Press and showed support for her brother-in-law.

She said, ‘It’s a very old topic for us. If someone should talk, it should be Liam, but I think she can do what she wants.’

The Nothing Breaks Like a Heart songbird released the track list for her upcoming album Endless Summer Vacation this week.

In March last year, she branded her marriage 'a f**king disaster'

The Best Revenge: The Party in the USA singer dropped Flowers on her ex-husband's 33rd birthday

Less than two weeks ahead of the highly-anticipated release of her first record since 2020’s Plastic Hearts, the 30-year-old singer unveiled the names of her 13 tracks – which features collaborations with Brandi Carlile and Sia – to her 198 million Instagram followers.

Miley and Brandi, 41,  joined forces on a song titled Thousand Miles. Her collab with Australian singer-songwriter Sia, 47, is called Muddy Feet.

The rest of the song names include Jaded, Rose Colored Lenses, You, Handstand, River, Violet Chemistry, Wildcard, Island and Wonder Woman.

Endless Summer Vacation is slated to be released on March 10th.

The two-time Grammy nominee announced dropped the album’s first single Flowers on January 13 – the same day as her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth’s 33rd birthday.

Flowers soared to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 songs in its debut week after Taylor Swift’s Anti-Hero had eight weeks at number one.

The pop song’s lyrics allude to her failed relationship with the actor including a double entendre about Miley watching her marriage and the Malibu home they once shared ‘burn’ to the ground.

In November 2018, their home was completely destroyed as a result of the devastating Woolsey Fire.
