Anushka Sharma reacts to the rift reports with Deepika Padukone, here’s what the NH10 star to say about it

Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone might not have shared the closest bond in the world of Bollywood, but they’ve consistently praised each other. Deepika commenced her acting career alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the 2007 film Om Shanti Om, while Anushka ventured into Bollywood with SRK’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008. From that point onward, both actresses have enjoyed a remarkable ascent in their careers, securing their positions as two of the industry’s highest-paid stars. 

Nonetheless, during the initial stages of their careers, rumors swirled about a supposed “cold war” between the two actresses. In a 2013 interview with Hindustan Times, Anushka decisively quashed all the speculations surrounding her relationship with Deepika. Reacting about their rift reports, the Pari actress said, “I have no problems with Deepika or anyone,” The 35-year old had told HT when asked about her alleged “cold war” with Deepika. “I am here to work and not indulge into fights. I am happy with what I am doing and she would happy with her life. And all reports around us are false.” 

In 2018, Anushka Sharma extended her warm regards by attending Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding reception in Mumbai. Furthermore, she held the distinction of being among the initial Bollywood celebrities to offer her heartfelt congratulations to the couple on their marriage. Which clearly prove that the two gorgeous divas has nothing against each other and the ‘cold war’ reports are just not true.
