Madonna spoke about her status as a trailblazer for women in the entertainment industry in a message shared to her Instagram Story on Saturday.
The 64-year-old hitmaker touched on the outrage she’s received over the span of her decades-long career as the bonafide ‘Queen Of Pop’ — specifically being vilified for her hyper-sexual persona.
The Grammy Award-winning performer believes that she ‘paved the way’ for the likes of Miley Cyrus, Cardi B and pop culture icon Kim Kardashian.
