They have eight residences nationwide. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, a successful Hollywood couple, spent $11.3 miℓℓio𝚗 on a large property in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated neighborhood home to Drake and Kaley Cuoco, Kylie Jenner, and Jeffree Star.

The ad calls the two-story home a “Napa Modern” residence with over 10,000 square feet of interior area. It was built last year on speculative land. The Smiths bought the mansion for $1 miℓℓio𝚗 less than the $12.2 miℓℓio𝚗 asking price. Since June 2019, the speculatively built estate has been for sale.

The 1.2-acre property is quietly located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac behind a long driveway on a ridge with views of a large chunk of the San Fernando Valley.

The all-neutral interiors have a double-height entryway with sightlines across the home, an open kitchen with two islands and a spacious pantry, a soundproof movie theater with velvet walls, and a game room with a wet bar. A formal dining room, gym with steam shower, and more are available.

The upper master suite has a fireplace, sitting space, two dressing rooms, built-in refrigerator, and coffee bar. Six bedrooms have private bathrooms. For outdoor gatherings, stone loggias open to a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ and an infinity-edged pool with a spa.

The backyard has a full-size sports court, campfire seating, and a “serenity lounge.” The property has few trees surrounding the mansion and no extensive grassy area or landscaping. That should save the Smiths maintenance costs.

The new owners’ interior decorator will likely update the home’s lavish rooms. The couple’s $42 miℓℓio𝚗 mega-estate outside Calabasas, which has been their principal residence for years, was featured in Architectural Digest for its Moroccan-inspired decor, rich colors, and odd furniture.
