One of these properties, known as the Carousel Estate, boasts a remarkable 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, all nestled within its expansive 3.5-acre expanse. The other estate, called the Brushwood Estate, is situated on a generous 6-acre lot and dates back to the 1920s.
