Kim Kardashian has never been one to be publicity shy — as she’s aired out the intimate details of her personal life on reality TV for over a decade.
But the SKIMS founder, 43, appeared to be in a testy mood as she was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
She was pictured leaving the Epione skincare clinic in Beverly Hills after an appointment with celebrity dermatologist Simon Ourian.
On her way out, Kim flipped the bird before getting into her shiny black Range Rover.
The typically glamorous star braved the rainy LA weather in a black hoodie and sweatpants.
Instead of heels, the SKKN by Kim founder wore black Vans sneakers.
Kim was makeup-free and sported her favorite Balenciaga sunglasses.
She carried an Epione goodie bag and her black Hermes Birkin bag in one hand.
Kim is a longtime Epione patient as she’s sought Dr. Ourian’s help to treat her dark spots and other skin concerns over the years.
Last November, she revealed that she was undergoing non-surgical laser skin resurfacing on her hands and face for anti-aging.
The clinic is also loved by Kim’s mother Kris Jenner, 68, who called it ‘one of my favorite places for a little self care,’ and her little sister Khloe, 39.
Other A-list patients include: Megan Fox, Nicole Scherzinger, Olivia Culpo and Lady Gaga.
Along with skincare essentials and facials, Epione offers a wide-array of procedures — from non-surgical face lifts to laser tattoo removal.
Kim’s outing on Wednesday comes amid outrage over her ex-husband Kanye West’s latest anti-Semitic rant.
Last week, he was in Las Vegas for a listening party for his upcoming LP Vultures, and by the early morning hours of Friday he launched into a disturbing stream-of-consciousness rant blaming Jews for various societal ills and listing himself in the same company as ‘Jesus Christ’ and ‘Hitler.’
The party, held in a large hotel suite, was eventually shut down by police.
Last year, Kanye was dropped by Adidas, Gap and other major companies after he began targeting the Jewish community — which included a since-deleted IG post where he threatened to go ‘death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE’
Kim previously condemned the Flashing Lights hitmaker for his hate speech by sharing a statement to Instagram.
‘Hate speech is never OK or excusable,’ she began. ‘I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric toward them to come to an immediate end.’
Kim has yet to comment publicly on his most recent outburst.
She previously confessed that she has done her best to shield her and West’s four children — Psalm, four, Chicago, five, Saint, eight, and North, 10 — from his controversies.
She also admitted that it’s ‘really hard’ co-parenting with the multi-Grammy Award-winner.
Kim and Kanye split in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
She filed for divorce in February 2021 but it was not finalized until November 2022, with the pair finally coming to an agreement over child support and custody.
According to TMZ, Kim receives $200,000 in child support monthly and they agreed to joint custody and ‘equal access’ to their four kids.
Shortly after settling their divorce, Kanye married Australian architect Bianca Censori, 28.
The news shocked fans as they were unaware that he had been dating the Yeezy employee.
He was previously linked to actress Julia Fox, Kim Kardashian lookalike Chaney Jones and model Juliana Nalu.
Bianca was recently seen holding hands with Kanye and Kim’s eldest daughter North during a trip to Disneyland.
Despite Kanye’s drama, Kim has done everything she can to make the holidays a special time for her kids.
Earlier this month, Kim and her brood attended a Mariah Carey Christmas concert with Kris, Khloe, Khloe’s daughter True and Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream.
Kim uploaded photos from the memorable night to her Instagram on Tuesday.
The images were taken backstage with Mariah and her 12-year-old daughter Monroe
