Taylor Swift and a party of MTV VMAs attendees conducted a frenzied search after the singer broke her ring, dropping the huge diamond that was mounted on it.
The Blank Space hitmaker looked appalled after losing the centerpiece of her $12,000 vintage ring at the awards show, which took place on Tuesday.
Footage from the event seen by DailyMail.com showed Swift holding up the vintage accessory while looking around for the diamond.
Other guests who were sitting nearby joined her in her search efforts, scrambling to locate the valuable jewel.
However, the video does not show whether the piece was found, but Swift was not pictured sporting the ring for the remainder of the night.

The stunning jewelry piece was first seen on the Love Story singer as she took to the pink carpet upon arrival.
But the piece was later missing when she accepted the award for Video of the Year.
She was also not wearing the ring, which was reportedly provided by jewelry dealer Joseph Saidian & Sons, while attending a VMAs afterparty.
According to People, the Van Cleef Arpels Onyx and Diamond ring contains 18k Yellow Gold and retails for $12,000.But the jeweler appeared to not mind the incident, as they shared a lighthearted message on Instagram.
