Taylor Swift, 33, has been touring around the world with her Eras Tour, currently performing to thousands in Mexico City.
During a recent show, the Bad Blood hitmaker appeared to take a dig at Kanye West after she was silenced during her show.
Taylor was speaking to the audience during her weekend show when the crowd suddenly broke into “Taylor” chants, temporarily leaving her speechless.
In a TikTok, circulated by account @sincerelynydia, the singer could be seen joking after the interruption: “The best way to be interrupted, by the way, is just people chanting your name.”
She then appeared to reference Kanye’s famous interruption during her VMAs acceptance speech 14 years ago, as she quipped: “It’s really the only way to be interrupted, and I would know.”READ MORE Justin Bieber steals show from wife Hailey with strange outfit and sour look

In 2009, Kanye stormed the stage at the MTV VMAs while Taylor, who was only 19 at the time, was giving her acceptance speech for winning the Best Female Video gong.
During the live broadcast, Kanye grabbed the mic from the Shake It Off hitmaker to tell the audience Beyonce’s hit Single Ladies deserved the award.
Kanye said to the audience: “Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’mma let you finish.
“But Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time! [sic]”

Also in 2017, the Grammy-winner decided to perform for the first time in five years with her hit This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things, which was a diss track aimed at Kanye.
When she was performing the hit she began to laugh as she said: “And here’s to you, ’cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do.”
