After surviving her Miss Universe debacle, Adriadna Guti rrez has been cast in her first role alongside Vin Diesel in the next xXx movie, PEOPLE confirmed

Ariadna Guti rrez, also known as Miss Colombia – who you might recall was mistakenly crowned Miss Universe by a confused and apologetic Harvey – has now landed her first movie role!
The 22-year-old beauty queen will play Vin Diesel’s love interest in the upcoming xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The aptly named action flick marks Diesel’s return to the franchise for its third installment, after sitting out for 2005’s xXx: State of the Union, which starred Ice Cube.
Guti rrez joins Samuel L. Jackson, Toni Collette, Bollywood star Deepika Padukone, Orange Is the New Black’s Ruby Rose and The Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev in the star-studded cast.
UFC Featherweight Champion Connor McGregor and international martial arts star Donnie Yen are also on board, and will lend some real-life action expertise to the film.
