The 2022 holiday season has just arrived, but Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans are already working on a yuletide film planned for 2023.

The two action heroes were spotted laughing between takes on the set of Red One on Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Rock, 50, looked ready for anything in a red-and-green leather jacket and pants with knee-high lace-up boots.

Chris, 41, was costumed more casually in a pair of gray jeans, a brown button down shirt and worn brown leather jacket.

Both men appeared in the Disney comedy Free Guy, starring Ryan Reynolds, but this is the first time they have been at the top of the ticket together.

Details of the plot for Red One have not been released.

Jake Kasdan, who directed The Rock in the Jumanji franchise, is helming this ambitious project as well.

Filming on the action-comedy began in the middle of October and is one of several projects being shot in the southern city.

The state of Georgia offers a number of tax incentives to entice filmmakers to shoot there.

Dwayne’s Black Adam placed in the top spot at the box office for the third week in a row according to early reports. It was expected to the $300 million mark globally by Sunday.
