“It doesn’t get much cuter than watching their adorable initial reactions to each other”

What happens when two of the most popular puppy breeds in the country meet for the first time? An abundance of cuteness, of course.

German shepherds and Golden Retrievers are the second and third most popular breed in the United States, according to the American Kennel Club’s list for 2022. And, it’s for a good reason. The dogs are not only beautiful, but they’re also loads of fun.

So, it should come as no surprise, that when these puppies, Jessie the German Shepherd and Mia the Golden Retriever, are initially introduced, they are off the charts adorable.

But, don’t take our word for it. You can check them out for yourself in this super cute video.

The introduction starts when Mia is carried into the living room where Jessie is waiting on the couch. Mia is a bit shy at first but soon she’s ready to get closer to Jessie so that Jessie can sniff her precious little face.

Jessie is bold and curious about Mia.  There is no hesitation to begin checking Mia out. When Mia gets set down on the couch next to Jessie, Jessie and Mia begin exploring each other with their puppy noses.

Evan though she’s getting more relaxed, Mia is more reserved and not as bold as Jessie. Even though the two of them are so cute as they sniff each other all over, soon Jessie is climbing over Mia and trying to get her to play.

It doesn’t take long before Mia is wagging her adorable tail. The two of them are comfortable now and are acting like old friends as they begin to play together on the floor.

Although Mia’s personality still seems more reserved than Jessie, she begins to wag her tail and starts to have fun. They are truly adorable at this point and impossible not to fall head over heels for each other.

When they begin to play with their toy, you can just tell the two cuties are sure to be best friends and will enjoy years of playing together. This is just the beginning of what will be an amazing friendship between two very loyal breeds.

They’ll grow up to be beautiful dogs but for now, it’s so sweet to see them as fluffy puppies learning how to be forever buds and playmates. We hope you enjoyed their cute video. Please feel free to share it with your friends.
