“He felt bad”: Vin Diesel’s Fast X Co-star Got Free Milk and Bag of Chips Because of Jackie Chan
Actor Sung Kang has been part of the Fast & Furious world for a very long time. He has portrayed the character of Han Lue in the film. The actor was first seen as Han Lue in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift which was released in 2006.

The actor has appeared in six installments of the film series. While promoting the recent release Fast X, the 51-year-old recalled one incident where a person mistook him for Jackie Chan.

Sung Kang showed up with the entire cast of Fast X during the trailer event of the movie. The host of the event asked the Better Luck Tomorrow actor about his favorite fan moment. The actor recalled one incident when he shooting for the movie Fast X and he went to a convince store to buy some milk. He continued by saying that the employee at the convenience shop mistook him for Jackie Chan. While talking about the incident, the actor said,
“We were shooting ‘Fast X’ and I went to the convenience store to buy some milk and the dude at the counter looks at me and he goes, ‘Hey man, I love you. I love everything you do. You were great in that movie, ‘Rush Hour.”
The Code 8 actor said that when he informed the employee at the grocery store that he is not Chan the person was very embarrassed. Kang said, “He felt bad.” The F9 actor said that the person gave him milk and a bag of snacks for free.

Kang’s character Han Lue was seen as a relatable character. The actor also said that his fans who love him as Ha Lue have been very supportive. While talking about his fans, the 51-year-old actor said,
“If it wasn’t for the fans, you and I would not be talking right now. So, what a beautiful Hollywood story to be a part of. After playing Han, I got a metaphoric garage clicker for everyone’s life. Everybody wants to share their car history, what they’re driving, what their project car is, and their relationship to the franchise and the character.’”
While talking about his favorite Fast & Furious character evolving in the movie, Kang said he likes Vin Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto. The We Can Be Heroes actor said, “I love Dominic Toretto with a few wrinkles on his face. “ Kang admitted that although he hasn’t worked in many comedies, he inclines to do more comedy movies. He wishes to work in comedy movies in the future. Once again his performance in Fast X was appreciated by the fans of the film series.
