“I was not sure what to do”: Vin Diesel Making Female YouTuber Uncomfortable Proved Dwayne Johnson Was Right in Leaving $6.5B Franchise Despite Losing Millions
The Fast & Furious headliner, Vin Diesel, who has made a career out of grand car heists that just keep getting grander, has often stayed at the forefront of sensational media and tabloid entries. For a long time, Diesel has maintained a long-term animosity with his Fast Five co-star, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson which has only grown more controversial and speculative with time. But as the hatred simmers and boils over in the background between the two A-listers, other controversies show up to fill the space left behind by The Rock’s exit from the franchise.

Vin Diesel Makes a Brazilian Journalist Uncomfortable
Beyond the Fast family – a franchise that Vin Diesel has almost become synonymous with – the actor touts an impressive presence, albeit short-lived in its box office run, in high-octane action thriller franchises. XXX: The Return of Xander Cage happens to be one of the films that came out alongside Diesel’s tenure in the Fast franchise, and it boasts an all-star ensemble cast including an erratic combination of Ice Cube, Neymar, and Deepika Padukone.
Vin Diesel’s interview with Carol Moreira
During the promotional tour of the film, Diesel’s presence in Brazil drew an immense amount of backlash and online trolling after his behavior with a YouTuber managed to not only make her feel uncomfortable but disturbed a lot of viewers, especially as he seemingly appeared to be drunk during the course of the entire interview. The YouTuber in question, Carol Moreira, posted about the incident online claiming,
“He began to hit on me in the middle of the interview, say that I was pretty, and he interrupted the interview three times to talk about it. I was laughing, completely uncomfortable. I was not sure what to do. I just laughed because it was a very delicate situation. I did not like it. At the time I did not know how to react, but you will see that I was uncomfortable, it was not nice that he interrupted my work.”
The YouTube video managed to gain more than 6 million views online and has become the most-watched interview on Moreira’s channel. The online community, who have come out in support of Moreira, has expressed their opinions against Diesel’s disruptive behavior which later led to the actor publicly apologizing for the incident.
Vin Diesel’s Behavior Makes The Rock’s Exit Seem Valid
In the years since his Fast & Furious fame, Vin Diesel has only grown more infamous and wildly popular due to his on-screen alter ego, Dom Toretto. The family man who is willing to go to the lengths of the planet and beyond (quite literally, for that matter) to keep his family safe has garnered a fanbase immeasurable across the globe. The billion-dollar franchise has become the career-defining role in the star’s filmography. But one small duel of words with his franchise co-star, Dwayne Johnson massively soiled the actor’s reputation.
Vin Diesel v Dwayne Johnson
Explanations ranging from on-set tardiness to bad behavior to irreconcilable differences in creative and executive opinions served to explain the fallout. However, no specific reason was ever cited as the cause of the pair’s spat. With the YouTube video now available to act as proof of Diesel’s erratic antics, fans have come to understand why Dwayne Johnson, who loves to stay extremely on-point in his work ethic and keep the production on track and be executed smoothly would find a problem with Vin Diesel’s nonchalance toward the $6.5 billion industry’s performance.
