Now that he’s almost single again, singer Joe Jonas has put his Nolita home at 199 Mott St. back on the market for $5.99 million.
The new listing comes as Jonas and “Game of Thrones” alum Sophie Turner have come to a joint custody agreement regarding the co-parenting of their two daughters amid a difficult divorce. Turner has since been spotted with a posse of gal pals that include Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez on a night out at BondST, the sushi hot spot, and, separately, locking lips with a Brit named Peregrine Pearson while “keeping her options open.”
Jonas, who has been hanging out with “Devotion” co-star Spencer Neville, bought the apartment as a bachelor pad for $5.6 million in March 2018 — a year before his secret, surprise Vegas wedding to Turner following a Billboard Music Awards event.
Jonas first listed the downtown home for $6.5 million in 2020, and it has been on and off the market ever since.
The second-floor abode comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and coveted private outdoor space. It measures 2,907 square feet and was designed with an open, loft-style layout. It’s accessed by a keyed elevator that opens into the home’s foyer.

There’s additionally a chef’s kitchen and a main bedroom equipped with a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bath and doors that open to a massive 1,450-square-foot terrace. The guest bedrooms come with floor-to-ceiling windows. Design details include oak floors, high ceilings and central air.
The luxury eight-story boutique condo, built in 2015, comes with 11 units. Amenities include a doorman, extra storage and a landscaped, common roof terrace.
The co-listing brokers are Carl Gambino of Compass and Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group.
