Later in the day, Kanye appeared to cheer up and flashed a rare smile while chatting to his eldest son.
His wife, Australian architect Bianca Censori, did not join him for the day out.
Kanye was spotted with the 28-year-old a day earlier while grabbing coffee at Starbucks in Milan.
Bianca went for a typically eye-catching look, showing off her curves in a silver catsuit and tights.
Kanye appeared to be wearing a wedding ring on his finger after reports came out that they officially tied the knot in a secret ceremony.
They apparently officially wed in December 2022 in a private ceremony in California.

They married just one month after his divorce from Kim Kardashian, 42, was finalized.
They kept their “confidential marriage” under wraps, according to Daily Mail.
Many fans believed they were “married” in a private ceremony in January but did not have an official marriage license in Beverly Hills.
The news outlet confirmed via marriage documents that they actually secretly tied the knot in Palo Alto, California.
One source revealed of Kanye’s decision to have a wedding away from the public: “Ye has been a megastar for two decades and counting, and his first marriage was to someone who lives almost full time in front of a camera.
“Bianca and Ye have a totally different vibe. They are very private, very affectionate and totally devoted to each other. I think they both enjoy carving out time that’s just for them.”
“For that reason they’ve been extremely hush-hush about the specifics of their wedding day. I don’t think anyone besides the pair of them know exactly how it went down,” they concluded.
