KHLOE Kardashian has shared a sad update on Tristan Thompson’s brother Amari after the teen was hospitalized.

The Hulu star invited her ex-boyfriend and his younger sibling, whom he has guardianship over, to live with her amid issues with his own house.

During a recent episode of The Kardashians, Khloe, 39, opened up to Kim Kardashian, 42, and Kris Jenner, 66, about Amari.

She revealed that the teen had just been released from the hospital amid complications from his epilepsy.

The Good American founder shared with her mother and sister that Amari’s battling “the most severe form of” the neurological disorder.

She said of the prognosis on The Kardashians: “It’s bad and good.”

Khloe went on: “He’s in a really scary place because once he hits age 20 is when it’ll be really bad if we can’t have any improvements.”

Tristan, who was present for the conversation, sighed and wiped his hands over his face.

In a confessional, Kris said of her daughter’s relationship with the teenager: “Khloe’s compassion for Tristan and Amari is extraordinary and Amari is teaching us a lot of life lessons.

“Because when you meet Amari, he becomes part of your soul and you can’t understand how this happened or why this happened so hopefully it teaches my family that, you know, life is a beautiful thing.”

Despite the heartwarming moment, fans weren’t thrilled to see Tristan featured on the episode.

To make matters worse, Khloe’s sister Kim appeared to praise Tristan on the show.

This didn’t sit well with Hulu viewers who feel the NBA player doesn’t deserve the screen time after betraying Khloe several times.

During the episode, the Skims mogul was asked: “Where is your relationship with Tristan?”

She responded: “Ugh…I know you guys are going to hate me for this and you’re going to hate us and think Khloe’s like whatever.

“It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good like dad but he just couldn’t get it together in that area of like being a faithful boyfriend.”

Kim went on: “So it’s like you wanna obviously hate him for that. Yeah of course his actions and like who he was like it’s so f**ked up like I can’t deny that.

“We’ve had our talks about it, we’ve had our fights about it, we’ve had our arguments about it.

“But he’s also shown so many decent things and just has been a really good persona and friend. When he saw me struggling with my kids he stepped up.”

She added: “He started showing up to the games, he picks Saint up, takes him to dinner, and he will always come to my defense, especially if it’s stuff with like me and my ex.

“And I just never forgot that. So it’s like I’ll never really throw someone away and act like I don’t feel like they can grow and evolve.”

Fans took to Reddit to slam Kim for defending the man who publicly cheated on her sister for several years.

One wrote: “Kim is a Trashcan Apologist.”

A second commented: “Seems like he’s her bf in this – weird.”

“Such a good dad yet doesn’t see his other kids. Lol ok girl,” a third posted.

Kardashian critics aren’t the only ones slamming Kim for coming to Tristan’s defense either.

The sister of Jordan Craig – one of Tristan’s baby mamas – bashed the basketball player and Kim for supporting him.

She appeared to reference the episode of the Hulu reality show in her tirade.

In a lengthy Instagram Story post, she wrote: “It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister’s privacy I haven’t for over 7 years, but this is just too much.

“It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince.”

She went on: “The fact that he can take other children to school and activities in the same city, yet never sees or speaks to his own son, unless it’s for a party or planned photo opportunity, is appalling and inexcusable.”

Jordan’s sister then tagged Kim, writing: “@kimkardashian, I don’t want to believe that you are this insensitive to the fact that he literally ignores his children. That’s nice if he’s been a good friend to you, but let’s consider our sisters before taking to global platforms to defend this man’s character.”

Speaking on child support rumors, she wrote: “On another note, to set the record straight, the child support rumors are INACCURATE! Tristan has not paid that child support in a very long time and has stopped paying Prince’s school tuition.”

“Yet he’s being applauded for picking-up/dropping-off other kids to school/activities. He hasn’t even inquired where Prince goes to school now.”

Jordan’s sister went on: “Despite it all, my sister continues to work multiple jobs as she has since she was 16 years old, so that Prince will never have to feel a difference. But regardless, stepping up for your son is not all about money it’s about the time spent.

“@RealTristan13 you are NOT a good father if you can’t be a good father to ALL of your children.”
