Master P made fans admire when he boldly bought a villa worth $550M!

“This is the Real American Dream,” Master P wrote. “What I love about this story is that the owner began with nothing and built an empire.” He is dedicated to making an impact. In addition to living in this home, he is committed to giving back to the community. When you are humble and selfless, GOD will continue to favor you. I hope this story inspires you to continue pursuing your dreams and objectives.”

During the nearly 11-minute video, Master P, his sons Romeo and Hercy, and the mansion’s owner meander through the 105,000-square-foot estate. The Bel-Air property has more than an acre of backyard space and is the country’s largest private residence. 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, a 30-car garage, a bowling facility, and a movie theater are among the luxurious features of this residence.

Nile Niami, a film producer, designed and owns his residence. Niami produced over a dozen low-budget films before becoming a renowned builder of luxurious residences. Sean “Diddy” Combs and other wealthy individuals have purchased his properties.

Seven years ago, Niami considered constructing “The One” with the intention of creating the largest and most expensive residence. The estate’s construction was concluded earlier this year and is estimated to be worth over $550 M.

Both the formal dining room and the informal breakfast nook have French doors that go outside to the gardens.

The main bedroom is located upstairs and features a balcony, walk-in closets, and a lavish bathroom with two vanities, a clawfoot tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.

A bright bonus room, a full bathroom, and two guest bedrooms—one of which has a walk-in closet and a small office—are also found on the second floor. A detached building that is now being utilized as a gym and an outdoor eating space can be found in the grassy backyard.

Stephens also owns a Sherman Oaks residence that she paid $6.9 miℓℓio𝚗 for in May 2021 and a modern farmhouse in Studio City that she paid $2.2 miℓℓio𝚗 for in the summer of 2020. James Harris and David Parnes of The Agency are the listed agents for her Little Holmby residence.
