“Fast and the Furious” fans have a chance to own a vehicle from Paul Walker’s personal collection — years after the actor and car enthusiast’s passing.
A total of 21 of Walker’s prized cars will be offered at Barrett-Jackson’s 49th Annual Scottsdale Auction in January, according to CNN.
Included are seven BMW M3s, a 1989 Nissan Skyline “race car” and a 2009 Nissan 370Z that was used in the filming of “Fast Five” — and
has a mere 2,623 miles on the odometer, CNET reported.
The late actor was a known motorhead, with a collection that spanned “five decades of automotive excellence and truly reflected his personal taste,” Steve Davis, president of Barrett-Jackson, said in a press release.
“Paul’s impact was immense through both his influence as an actor in the ‘Fast and the Furious’ movies and his philanthropic drive as the founder of Reach Out Worldwide,” Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson, told CNN.
“We’re proud to help continue Paul Walker’s legacy by offering his esteemed collection to their new caretakers at our flagship Scottsdale event.”
Also heading the auction block are a 2000 Audi S4, 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302S race car and a 1964 Chevy Chevelle wagon.
Walker died in a car crash on Nov. 30, 2013, along with his friend Roger Rodas, who was driving a Porsche Carrera GT.
The auction will run from Jan. 11 to Jan. 19.
