"Ultimately we're all a family": Vin Diesel's On-Screen Sister Never Cared About Dwayne Johnson Feud as Hobbs Spinoff Ropes in Jason Momoa

Through the years, the sleek, spectacular stunts in the Fast & Furious films have been able to pull in substantial box office numbers. And despite being one of the biggest movie stars in the industry, Dwayne Johnson has frequently come under criticism for his attitude and need to be the center of attention in everything he does. Tyrese Gibson, who also starred in Fast & Furious, allegedly criticized the actor for having an oversized ego.

And Jordana Brewster, as well as the rest of the Fast & Furious family, are undoubtedly impacted by this enmity. Actress Jordana Brewster, who plays the character Mia in the franchise, has commented on the social media battle between franchise stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Tyrese Gibson.

It is vital to note that she wants things to be resolved and her family to remain complete, even though it is clear that she is not taking a side. Here is what she said:

“I mean, I’m following it on Instagram, too. I think ultimately we’re all a family, we all love working together. So hopefully it’s all going to be OK in the end, but I’m watching like everybody else. It’s just interesting.”

Jordana last appeared in the seventh installment in 2015 and played late actor Paul Walker’s on-screen girlfriend, and Vin Diesel‘s on-screen sister Mia Toretto.

How Tyrese Gibson Reconnected with Dwayne Johnson After Fast Feud?

Tyrese Gibson, a Fast & Furious co-star who called Dwayne Johnson a “clown” and accused him of holding up the production of Fast 9 on social media, claims the feud has been resolved.

The actor acknowledged that their relationship has improved significantly since they reconciled with Dwayne Johnson near the end of 2020.

The actor admitted that he wasn’t sure whether things could ever recover to normal, but they did after the pair reconnected during phone calls, putting their history behind them. He stated,
“We’ve been on the phone every other day. We reconnected in a real way. I think we’re both better men on the other side of all that stuff that went down. To be honest, I didn’t know how the phone call would happen. But it did happen and we’re about 20 phone calls in. We compete right now on who can leave the longest voice note.”
Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne Johnson seem to be on the same page and have put their past differences behind them, despite the harsh insults that Gibson formerly leveled at Johnson.

The next Fast & Furious spin-off film centered around Luke Hobbs will feature the main villain, Dante Reyes, from Fast X. The movie is titled Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Reyes, marking Jason Momoa’s brief return to the role.

Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw is available to stream on Amazon Prime.
