Unable to bear the temptation, Rapper Nelly added a unique black-orange Rolls-Royce Cullinan to his supercar collection
The renowned artist known as ‘Dilemma,’ whose true identity is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., recently joined the ranks of Rolls-Royce Cullinan owners. Celebrated among celebrities, athletes, and automotive enthusiasts, the Cullinan stands out for its opulence, potency, and commanding presence.
Nelly reached out to Champion Motoring, a dealership situated in San Diego, California, renowned for offering contemporary and exotic cars to high-profile individuals.
His association with the dealership dates back to early 2021 when he collaborated with them for a Rolls-Royce Dawn. Last year, he revisited the dealership to equip his luxury convertible with new wheels and tires after his cat had seemingly used them as a scratching post.
The musician has once again chosen to partner with Champion Motoring for his latest acquisition, a tailor-made 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Described by the dealership as a “fully-loaded, one-of-one” build, this SUV boasts a sophisticated black exterior with chrome accents replaced by black ones, giving it a sleek appearance.
The Rolls-Royce badge, logo caps, and brake calipers inject a pop of color with their vibrant orange hue, offering a glimpse of the interior when the coach doors swing open. Inside, the cabin is predominantly black, complemented by orange accents on the doors, dashboard, and seats.
оpting fоr multi-spоke 26-inch wheels similar tо thоse оn his luxury cоnvertible, the ‘Hоt in Herre’ rapper has curated a cоhesive aesthetic fоr his Rоlls-Rоyce fleet.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the sole SUV in the current Rolls-Royce lineup, made its debut in 2018 with an initial price tag of approximately $340,000, contributing to its exclusivity.
Under the hood, the SUV is propelled by a 6.75-liter V12 twin-turbocharged engine developed by the British automaker, generating 563 horsepower (571 ps) and 626 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque. This power is efficiently transmitted to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
Despite its imposing size, the Cullinan accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) in a mere 5.2 seconds and achieves a top speed of 155 mph (249 kph). Whether in the driver’s seat or the back, the Cullinan seamlessly combines luxury and exhilaration. Rear passengers enjoy an array of lavish features, including a center console refrigerator, champagne flutes, and various other amenities.
Nelly’s garage now boasts a harmonious ensemble with his Rolls-Royce Dawn and Cullinan, both characterized by a dark exterior and matching multi-spoke wheels. These luxurious additions join his collection, which also includes a Ferrari California and a Ford Mustang GT.
