She collaborated with Dolly Parton and donned a quirky cowgirl costume that consisted of a shiny metallic blue fringed skirt and jacket, with a cropped pink top, fishnet tights, animal print boots, and a matching oversized belt. Her hair was styled into a bouffant, reminiscent of Parton’s signature look, and she accessorized with oversized star-shaped earrings. To complete her look, she wore a matching pink lip color and winged eyeliner. Perry’s outfit was designed by her favorite designer Jeremy Scott, who also accompanied her as her date to the event.
