Cardi B and Janelle Monae were just one of many celebrities who jumped to Twitter on Friday to share their response to rapper, Tory Lanez, being found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot in 2020.
The WAP singer, 30, reposted a tweet from a fan page asking the star to call her lawyer, Lisa Moore, to assist Megan, with Cardi B typing, ‘Referrals will be went.’
The Glass Onion actress, 37, also uploaded a post in favor of Megan, and sent a ‘hug,’ ‘love’ and ‘peace to Megan Pete,’ referencing to the 27-year-old’s real name.
Other celebrities sent their congratulations to Megan following the verdict, with ‘Happy for Meg,’ currently trending on the social media platform.

The original post she had retweeted had asked Cardi to, ‘Get Ms. Lisa on the line for Megan,’ adding, ‘She got quiet a few blogs to sue for defamation.’
Along with the caption, the talented performer, who is currently married to rapper, Offset, also shared a GIF of Wendy Williams approaching a wax figure of herself for a humorous addition to the tweet.
Janelle sent her love to Megan, who went through a 10-day trial, followed by a day and a half of deliberation.

She additionally tagged Megan, typing, ‘I hope @theestallion gets every single thing she ever wanted in life to make up for the crazy abuse she has endured during this trial.’
American rapper, Baby Tate, additionally celebrated on social media upon hearing the verdict. She also reposted the news on Instagram, along with the song, Celebration, by Kool & The Gang, playing the background.
She also cheered towards the camera while holding a colorful shot glass in her hand, with Shots Fired, by Megan Thee Stallion, playing. ‘Cheers b***h,’ she wrote.
