Madonna shares raunchy k.i.s.s with rapper and songwriter Jozzy as she posts photos from her wild backstage antics at the Grammys

Madonna ignored the commentary on her looks and had the time of her life at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards.

The music icon, 64, shared a video montage of her backstage antics at the Los Angeles ceremony, where she partied with Sam Smith and Cardi B.

Her video included shots of the star French-kissing rapper and songwriter Jozzy during the wild night.

It was a big night for Memphis-born star Jozzy who was at the Grammys to celebrate her two nominations in the Album of the Year category for her part on the songwriting teams for Beyoncé ‘s Renaissance and Mary J. Blige’s Good Morning Gorgeous (Deluxe)’.

Madonna’s video showed Jozzy, who identifies as queer, tongue kissing the superstar as they partied after the ceremony.

Jozzy is a big name in the songwriting world having got her start by writing for Timbaland and Missy Elliott, while she has also worked with Fergie and Lil Wayne.

She had a huge hit in Lil Nas X’s record-breaking Old Town Road, for which she co-wrote Billy Ray Cyrus’ verse.

The talent was also the first signing for Diddy’s label R&B label Love Records.

Jozzy has been in the studio with Madonna recently after collaborating with the star on her 2019 album Madame X.

Madonna used her Grammys video to confront criticism about her appearance at the awards show, hitting out at ‘ageism and misogyny.’

The 64-year-old music legend was defiant as she shared the video of her night at the Grammys.

Her accompanying caption hit out at the comments about her ‘unrecognisable’ appearance during Sunday’s broadcast, which have dominated social media for two days.

According to Madonna it was the ‘closeup’ from a ‘long lens camera’ that distorted her face and made it appear rounder and puffier than it actually was.

She diagnosed the problem, adding, ‘Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in.’

In her lengthy caption, Madonna called it an ‘honor’ to introduce Kim Petras — the first openly trans person to win a Grammy — as well as Sam Smith, who shared the duo award and became the first openly non-binary artist to win in the Best Pop Duo/Group Collaboration category.

She noted that she opted to introduce Petras, rather than presenting for the coveted Album of the Year prize, as she thought the former moment would be more important and befitting her trailblazing status.

But Madonna was annoyed at how people ignored her words and instead focused on her appearance.

‘Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech which was about giving thanks for the fearlessness of artists like Sam and Kim- Many people chose to only talk about Close-up photos of me Taken with a long lens camera By a press photographer that Would distort anyone’s face!!’ she said.

‘Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in.’

Madonna complained that she lived in a ‘world that refuses to celebrate women pass the age of 45 And feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous [sic].’

She continued, declaring that she wasn’t about to start apologizing for ‘any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start.’

The Like A Prayer singer said that while she felt she has been ‘degraded’ since her earliest days of fame, ‘I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come.’

She then quoted Beyoncé’s line from her hit single: ‘You won’t break my soul.’

Madonna remained defiant as she capped off her caption.

‘I look forward to many more years of subversive behavior -pushing boundaries-Standing up to the patriarchy -and Most of all enjoying my life,’ she declared. ‘Bow down b****es!’
