“This is going to sound insane, but there was a time I was going to hire somebody to k:ill me,” she said, as per The Herald. The Lara Croft actress explained that she decided not to commit suicide, as “with suicide comes all the guilt of people around you thinking they could have done something.”

However, she claimed that getting k:illed might not have been the same, saying, “With somebody being murdered, nobody takes some kind of guilty responsibility.” The actress also suggests that she found who she was looking for, as she shared that they made her rethink what she was about to do.

“The person spoke very sweetly to me. He made me think about it for a month,” she said. Jolie shared that after a month, she no longer had those thoughts as things changed for good, and she was surviving again.
