Adele asks huge amount of money for home in Beverly Hills compound, read on for details.
Adele is looking for “Someone Like You” to buy one of her California homes.
The 34-year-old Grammy-winning British songstress on Monday listed a 5,515-square-foot property in Beverly Hills — one of three she owns in a compound there — for $12 million.
The two-story Hamptons-style home stands in Hidden Valley — a known guard-gated celeb enclave in the 90210 ZIP code — opens to a double-door entry, according to the listing. A staircase heads to the upper level, where the master suite has a fireplace and a spa-like bathroom. The upper floor has two other bedrooms and a flexible room that can be used as a playroom or guest room.
Downstairs, the main level has a kitchen that opens to the family room, a formal living and dining room, plus a paneled den — the three of which come with fireplaces. They also open to the backyard, with a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a sports court and even a chicken coop.
The listing images additionally show moldings, wainscoting, wide-plank wooden floors and, outside, space for outdoor seating.
Jeff Kohl, of The Agency, has the listing. The brokerage declined to comment for this story

Adele has since purchased Sylvester Stallone’s former estate in Beverly Hills.Getty ImagesAdele hasn’t owned the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property for long. She purchased it from Nicole Richie last May for $10 million, according to Mansion Global. At the time of purchase, she already owned two other homes in the neighborhood — the three of which together total more than $30 million.
At the time of buying this just-listed spread from Richie, she had owned the other homes for some time. In 2016, she spent $9.5 million for a 6,500-plus-square-foot residence. In 2019, she shelled out $10.65 million for another nearby lair. The third home is adjacent to the other two. It’s believed that Adele’s ex-husband, Simon Konecki, resides in the second home in an effort to co-parent their 9-year-old son, Angelo. All three homes span more than 18,000 square feet.
A rep for Adele didn’t return a message seeking comment.
Despite the dollar volume behind these Beverly Hills purchases, the singer said she still couldn’t afford to live in her native London. In late 2021, she told British Vogue, “The kind of house I have in LA I could never afford in London. Ever,” she said.
Nearly a year ago, Adele bought Sylvester Stallone’s estate in Beverly Hills for $58 million. That 21,000-square-foot spread once asked a much higher $110 million.
