But I can reveal Adele is set for a swift comeback, after being asked to do additional shows — with a pay rise that could double to £1million a night.

The Someone Like You singer’s team has already started discussions about a winter run at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with hopes that her show’s return would coincide with the debut of the city’s Grand Prix on November 18.
Dates are yet to be locked in due to her long-term back and knee pain and her hopes to have a baby with her sports agent fiance Rich Paul.
A show source said: “Adele is being asked to return for extra dates at the end of the year.
“Bosses at the venue want to tie them into the Grand Prix because her shows have been a massive success for Caesars.
“She has played to full houses every night and generated a lot of publicity and cash for the casino. There is a degree of uncertainty about this deal, but hopefully the contracts can get signed off.
“Money is always an issue and a return would mean her earning more.
“It is no secret she has been dealing with back dramas and a knee issue, which she has spoken about on stage. She wants a rest for sure and also hopes to have a baby.”
During her two-shows-a-week Weekends With Adele residency, which started in November, she has told how it has reinvigorated her love for singing live.
She said: “This experience of being in a room this size, I think I might be a live artist for the rest of my life.
“I am the happiest I have ever, ever, ever been.
“Doing two shows a week in a much smaller room and seeing people receive my music is honestly just what I am going to do from now on rather than big rooms that make me feel terrified.”
Now that she has found a way to sing comfortably, she would be mad not to sign on for more.
