Will Tom Holland’s Spider-Man be in Avengers: Secret Wars?

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is rumored to be in Avengers: Secret Wars. Marvel Studios, however, has not officially confirmed this information.

Back in September, reliable industry insider and scooper CanWeGetSomeToast tweeted that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is not only in Avengers: Secret Wars, but that he will also be the main protagonist.

Then in November, CanWeGetSomeToast revealed further information in MyTimeToShineHello’s Twitter thread where she tweeted that Tobey Maguire and Hugh Jackman would be the leads of Avengers: Secret Wars. In the thread, CanWeGetSomeToast revealed that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would fulfill the role of the Chosen One of the MCU.

However, fans should take all these scoops and rumors with a grain of salt. That is not to say that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would not be in Avengers: Secret Wars, as he is pretty much guaranteed given that he is an MCU character and also because Secret Wars is an MCU film.

Will Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man be in Avengers: Secret Wars?

Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man has not been officially confirmed to be appearing in Avengers: Secret Wars, as of this writing. However, he will very likely appear.

CanWeGetSomeToast tweeted on August 14, 2023, that Andrew Garfield was approached by Kevin Feige about appearing as his Spider-Man in Avengers: Secret Wars, prior to any strikes.

Again, nothing is official at this point, so we await actual confirmation from Disney/Marvel.
