AVRIL LAVIGNE AND CHAD KROEGER: LOVE COMES QUICKLY, QUICKLY GOES

As the leader of the once famous band Nickelback – Chad Kroeger and the rebellious singer Avril Lavigne exchanged rings one day July 2013 in Canada, both of their hometowns. More than two years later, this marriage has become a thing of the past, when the female artist’s Instagram account recently announced: “It’s difficult to say that Chad and I ( Avril) will break up from now on. Avril and Chad began writing their love story three years ago, specifically in March 2012, when Chad was invited to help complete the songs on Avril Lavigne’s fifth studio album. Quickly, the two started dating in July and by August were engaged. On July 1, 2013 – Canada’s Independence Day, the couple’s wedding took place solemnly at a medieval castle in France. The wedding is also the anniversary of Avril and Chad’s one year together.

This is not a shocking event for fans, as a year ago there were rumors about a rift in the relationship between the two. This was also the time when both of them had health problems. As for Avril, she had to fight Lyme disease (a chronic rash caused by a blood-sucking tick), causing the singer’s health and spirit to weaken. However, recently, the treatment has proven effective and she is on the road to recovery. Meanwhile, Avril’s husband – Chad Kroeger – just had surgery to remove a tumor from his vocal cords, which is why the remainder of Nickelback’s world tour this year was canceled. The doctor said he would have to rest for six to nine months to fully recover.

Even though they broke up, fans still hope for a collaborative music product between the two singers in the future.
