Avril Lavigne stuns in a hot Punk style photo set
During a new photoshoot, rocker Avril Lavigne showed off her punk style.
Lavigne wore jean cutoffs with fishnet tights to compliment her look while also wearing a crop top, allowing more than a glimpse of her cleavage. Lavigne’s recent shift to a strawberry blonde hair color looks to suit her, along with the multiple tattoos being showed off for fans to see.
For cosmetics, the singer used glossy nude lipstick and gave herself smokey eyes. The shoot has Lavigne posing in different positions in front of a brick wall and looking incredible while doing it.
In an interview with InLove, she reflected heavily on a long career that started when she was 17. Lavigne debuted on the charts in 2002 with the album, Let Go, which included such hits as “Sk8er Boi” and “My World.” The album helped put her on the map and Lavigne says that since then she’s “called her own shots.” She went on to label herself “the Mother F—in’ Princess.”
Let Go became the bestselling album of the 21st century by a Canadian artist back when it debuted.
Lavigne, fresh from signing to Travis Barker‘s record label, talked about the changing landscape of the music industry. “People buy fewer albums and stream more than ever. Social media obviously plays a huge part in it, and I enjoy using it when it comes naturally to me,” she said.
Lavigne has recently collaborated with artist Yungblud for their song “I’m a Mess.” In the past, she’s worked with Machine Gun Kelly, Chad Kroeger and Mark Hoppus.
The rocker has a tour scheduled in Europe early next year and a show this week in Japan. A music festival was canceled in Las Vegas due to high winds forcing fans to have to see her elsewhere.
Lavigne left some inspirational words for fans, “you don’t need to be like anyone else to be great.”
