Even though he only met Adele for the first time at the 2023 Grammys, Dwayne Johnson was full of praise for the “British nightingale”.

Dwayne Johnson posted a separate post about the moment he met Adele at the 2023 Grammys on his personal website to send compliments to the female singer.

“It was truly a warm surprise at the ceremony. And a beautiful moment when I was called her name and presented with the Grammy trophy,” the actor wrote the status below the photos.

Previously, Adele had always expressed herself as a passionate fan of the movie star “The Rock”, but she did not expect that Dwayne was also a fan of hers. This is also the reason why Dwayne Johnson decided to give a small surprise to the “British nightingale” at the 2023 Grammy Awards ceremony.

“We wanted to do something special for Adele. I know she’s a fan of mine and has made it public many times, but I’m also a fan of hers. The music, the journey and the Her openness is what I always admire,” the Black Adam star shared with Variety.

“It was truly an amazing evening,” Dwayne continued, “She is truly an icon who inspired a generation and will continue to inspire those that follow. love that woman.”

At the Grammy Awards, Adele was also considered the friendliest star. She continuously supported her fellow winners and even stayed until the end of the ceremony. Previously, there were rumors that Adele left when Harry Styles won the most important category Album of the year. However, a later video showed that the Easy On Me singer stayed and directly congratulated the male singer on his victory.
