Inside Hollywood’s billion dollar couple Adele and boyfriend Rich Paul’s $65m property portfolio with NINE houses
Adele and Rich Paul are Hollywood’s hottest couple – and now set to be the wealthiest with a billion-dollar empire.
Now, public records reveal the full extent of the British singer and US sports agent’s earnings and property portfolios, where they match each other toe-for-toe.

Adele’s main income has come from three UK-based companies.
These are Melted Stone Ltd, Melted Stone Publishing Ltd – which cover royalties and record sales – and Remedy Touring LLP, which was set up for her last tour Adele Live in 2016/17. She is the sole director of all three and has 100 per cent control.
Since the 33-year-old burst onto the scene in 2008 with her debut album 19, the combined profit of all three totals $198,245,328 and has paid out $97,537,644 in dividends to Adele.
On top of the dividends, Adele has been paid a ‘director’s renumeration’ of $20,681,737, while she’s also ploughed $57,541,512 of her own money into the companies, which is still owed.
There is currently $76,615,339 ready ‘cash in the bank’ with the star sitting on $83,538,669 worth of current assets.
The total turnover of all three companies is more difficult to ascertain, as not all have filed accounts stating the amount, but it will be at least twice the combined profit, so over $400 million.
For example, Remedy Touring LLP had a turnover of $215,586,674, twice the profit of $108,579,851. In some years, the other two companies have also released turnover figures and it’s always been a minimum of twice the profit, sometimes four times as much.
It appears that Adele has been lining this move up for a while, as she set up a US company called Onwards Touring Inc on 26 July this year, which is registered in Nevada. She is the sole director, president, treasurer and secretary.
Previously, Britney Spears and Celine Dion have made around $500,000 per show, but the ticket price of Adele’s gigs are set to be at least double, giving her $1 million-a-performance, and $24 million overall.
Revenue from her US tour legs come under the company Adele Touring (US) Inc, set up in Nevada in April 2008, and doesn’t legally have to disclose any financial information.
Yet it was reported that the last two North American tours in 2011 and 2016 generated $13.1 million and $67.5 million respectively, totalling $80.6m.
Adding all these figures together and the next 12 months projected income, Adele’s companies are on course to have a total turnover in excess of $800 million and profit $300 million, including sales from her current album 30.
Meanwhile, boyfriend Rich Paul owns Klutch Sports Group, one of the most successful leisure agencies in the US, with Paul having a roster of NBA stars, topped by LeBron James.
According to figures on the respected basketball website hoopshype.com, the 39-year-old has negotiated contracts worth approximately $1.385 billion from 2012 to 2021, with a further $336.3 million projected next year. Under NBA rules, an agent can only take a maximum of four per cent of their clients’ earnings.
This means his commission stands at just under $69 million over the course of ten years up to 2022 – and that is just for professional contracts, not including endorsements or media deals, which will at least double that figure.

Adele owns three palatial houses in the the exclusive Beverly Hills suburb of Hidden Valley, also home to Hollywood stars such as BFF Jennifer Lawrence and Nicole Kidman.
She purchased the third pad in May from pal Nicole Richie and musician husband Joel Madden for $9,950,000, which is situated next-door to her first home she bought in 2016 for $9.5 million, which has four-bedrooms, six-bathrooms, a pool and summerhouse.
After splitting up from ex-husband Simon Konecki in April 2019, she bought the six-bed property opposite for $10.65 million.
Adele also owns two next-door properties in south west London, which she bought for $7.54 million and $7.18 million in 2012 and 2013. She’s also owned the same South London flat for the last 12 years, which is in a historic 19th century block, and purchased for $1.18m in January 2010.

The portfolio totals $46 million.
Meanwhile, boyfriend Rich Paul bought what was billed as a Beverly Hills ‘wellness house’ for $11.7 million in 2019, which had six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, gym, Peloton bike and a Scandinavian hydrotherapy circuit.
The year before that purchase, he bought a six-bed mansion with pool in the Fairfax area of LA for $4.35 million.
In 2016, he splashed out $3 million for a 3,900-square-foot home in the Beverly Grove area. His three properties are worth $19.05m.
In total, the two stars own nine houses across the world, which cost $65.05 million.
