She’s only 29, and yet it seems as though Avril Lavigne has been the pop scene for aeons.
However, her blistering candy rock has taken a back seat in recent years as she’s focused on her relationship with Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger.
The pair became engaged after working on the singer’s fifth album together in 2012 and were quickly sidetracked by a wedding in the south of France a year later.

The cherry on the cake was a pink and black cap emblazoned with her first name.
The singer’s mammoth 70-date tour will come to an end in the US on June 28 but not before she plays one date in her native Canada and a hat-trick of gigs in Mexico.
Meanwhile the controversy over Avril’s video for her song Hello Kitty has translated into a lot of chart heat for her too.

Billboard reports that the song debuted on the Hot 100 in the US at #75 and is her second-highest charted song from her recent self-titled album; “Here’s to Never Growing Up.
That album, which was co-produced by Avril’s husband, Nickelback lead singer Chad Kroeger, peaked at No. 20 in June in the US.
