Singer Adele reveals the book that changed her life
Adele said there was a book that changed her life, helping the singer relieve stress and sadness after her spectacular weight loss journey.
Female singer Adele (32 years old) said she lost 45kg after following a strict diet. After losing weight, she almost became a different person with a slimmer, slimmer appearance, but her face was somewhat haggard.

The singer replied: “Honestly, I don’t know either.” Previously, there was information that Adele was trying to make a new album in collaboration with Raphael Saadiq and John Legend. A source close to the singer said she will put all her heart and soul into telling her post-divorce story. However, Adele has not yet confirmed.
