The figure-hugging dress featured a stunning nightscape design with a large silver sequin moon on the front and sparkly starburst and cloud appliques.
Taylor made a leggy statement in the outfit, boosting her frame with a pair of black platform heels.
The Out Of The Woods hitmaker wore a black wool coat and carried a silver shimmering handbag for the evening.
