Lewis Hamilton enjoyed a sun-soaked holiday with some pals in Ibiza on Monday as he caught the eye of a woman.

The F1 driver, 38, who placed third at the British Grand Prix over the weekend, was previously rumoured to be dating Shakira, 46, who supported him at the event.

However, while Lewis relaxed in the Balearic islands, the singer headed out in London with NBA star Jimmy Butler.

Stepping out on to the beach, the Mercedes star wore a deep red satin tracksuit and matching cap as he spoke to a woman in a green swimsuit.

Lewis later changed into a pair of blue swimming shorts and hopped on a yacht before riding his fly board out to sea.
Lewis finished in third place in his race at Silverstone on Sunday behind Lando Norris who came second and Max Verstappen who won.

Meanwhile, Shakira was seen miming to her new song Copa Vacia as she sat alongside her friend in the back of a car as they made their way to the race track to show their support.

However, just days later Shakira was seen leaving a dinner date with Jimmy at Novikov Restaurant & Bar in London, an insider shared that the NBA player ‘makes Shakira smile, and she feels happy spending time with him.’

‘They have been out a few times, but things are very new and it’s too early to tell if there’s long-term potential there,’ the sourced also told Us Weekly. ‘Jimmy makes Shakira smile, and she feels happy spending time with him.’

As of now, the pair ‘have only known each other for a short while, and just recently started following each other on social media.’

The singers’ sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, who she shares with ex Gerard Piqué, however, have been ‘longtime fans of the athlete,’ according to the outlet.

The pair’s friendly online interactions, including Shakira posting a video of herself cheering on his team, the Miami Heat, and him ‘liking’ a video of her singing, made headlines, following her split from Piqué after 11 years together.

On Wednesday, the superstar and basketball player, 33, did their best to stay under the radar as they opted to arrive separately, but just ‘minutes apart’ shortly after 10 p.m.

An eyewitness told DailyMail.com that his security entourage helped Shakira’s ‘chauffeur driven car from the fire exit of the restaurant.’

The insider noted that they looked ‘cozy’ inside the restaurant as they ordered sushi and cocktails.

It was previously reported Shakira was in a ‘love triangle’ with Lewis and Hollywood actor Tom Cruise.

Racing driver Lewis has been spotted with the singer numerous times since her split from ex-partner Gerard Piqué, 36, last year.

As well as enjoying boat trips together with pals in Miami the pair also dined in Barcelona after Lewis’ second place at the country’s Grand Prix last month.

A source told the publication the Top Gun star believed he and the singer ‘had incredible chemistry and taking it as a slam dunk they’d be dating in no time’.
But according to the Mirror action star Tom, 60, later had his ‘pride dented’ after Shakira seemingly rejected his advances to globe trot with ‘buddy’ Lewis.

Meanwhile another source told Radar Online ‘It was a huge dent to Tom’s ego, it stung all the more because he considers Lewis a buddy.’

According to Us Weekly , the Hips Don’t Lie singer finds the rumours ‘hilarious’ and despite having a ‘fun’ time with Tom when they met at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami, she has no plans to take things further.

The rumour mill went into overdrive when the pair were photographed together at the sporting event, with sources claiming that the A-list actor ‘is extremely interested in pursuing’ Shakira.
