Ever since the identity of Clara Chia, the woman Gerard Pique has left Shakira for, the young woman’s name has been making headlines in the entertainment media.

For her part, while Clara has not spoken publicly about her partner’s ex, within her close circles, she refers to the singer in a very offensive way.

After it became known that Shakira had nicknamed the young woman “dead fly”, Pique’s new partner and her friends began to refer to the Colombian singer in a very hurtful way. The information was recently revealed on Spanish programme ‘Mitre Live’.

“It is clear that everyone is focused on Shakira but Clara is 23 years old and suddenly all this comes, if there is a culprit here it is Pique,” said journalist Roberto Antolin.

“[Clara Chia] is the third wheel and there is a very important piece of information to add from the her inner circle.

“She and her friends call the singer old, witch, menopausal, that’s what they call her, and this came after they found out that the singer calls Clara “dead fly”, they are fed up with this situation and that’s why they gave her those nicknames.”

Clara Chia is undergoing psychological treatment

Roberto Antolin also indicated that the 23-year-old is not having a good time with all the media attention that has been unleashed by her relationship with Pique. The 23-year-old is now seeing a psychologist.

“Clara Chia Marti is in the middle of psychological treatment, she is not having a good time and the constant media watch is taking its toll,” said Antolin.

“Just think that here in Spain a Japanese restaurant owner threw Clara and Pique out of his bar because he is a Shakira fan.

“Clara is a person who is not part of the media world and suddenly she got involved, she doesn’t feel at ease or comfortable.”

The journalist also says that Clara is defending herself by saying that at the end of their relationship, the singer and the ex-footballer were no longer intimate.

“The song was a media sensation and it didn’t sit well with her, this person has to defend herself and that’s why she and her friends gave Shakira that nickname,” said Antolin.

“Shakira and Pique towards the end were not having sexual relations, and Clara uses this to defend herself.”
