Her former in-laws still live next door… for now.

Since the definitive separation of Shakira and Gerard Pique was made public in mid-2022, there have been several points of contention between the couple and their relatives.

There have been several altercations, such as the Colombian’s now infamous song, ‘BZRP Music Sessions #53’, and the digs made about the former Barcelona player and her former in-laws.

Now, according to Socialite, the parents of the former Barcelona defender are considering moving home due to the singer’s continuous parties.

They still live next to the house where Shakira and Pique used to raise their children together, before he moved out.

The problems between Shakira and Pique’s parents

There have been several problems over the past few weeks, such as when Pique’s mother became aware that the artist had a large witch figure on her balcony and aimed in the direction of the house of those who were once her in-laws.

Her new song was also heard playing loudly, so much so that Pique’s parents would have heard it from their own home.

Apparently, the Colombian has held several fiestas of late, such as on February 2, when she celebrated her birthday.

During some of these gatherings, there was not only music but also fireworks.

The situation between Shakira and her former family is increasingly tense and, according to Telecinco, the parents of the former Barcelona defender are considering a move.

However, these plans are still up in in the air, since the singer is expected to move to Miami before long.

In fact, this has only not happened yet due to the state of health of her father, who is going through several problems that have caused Shakira to remain in Spain.
