Britney Spears’ estranged husband Sam Asghari posted a series of photos to Instagram Wednesday showing off a classic car he owns, after news emerged that the pop star had been ticketed last month for driving without a license or proof of insurance.

The 29-year-old actor, who filed for divorce from the Grammy-winning singer, 41, in August, took to Instagram on Wednesday with a series of posts documenting his weekday, which involved automobiles.

The Tehran, Iran-born actor-model was seen behind the wheel of a convertible as he headed to a Gold’s Gym for a workout.

He wore a maroon tank top with black shorts and sunglasses on the daytime outing in Southern California.

Asghari, who has been seen on shows such as PBC, Black Monday and Hacks, shared another frame of what appeared to be a 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle parked in a garage,

Asghari – who took to Spears’ defense last week after Donald Trump Jr. posted insulting memes of the singer – also shared a shot of a tractor tire with the caption ‘Work time.’

The outing came a day after The Blast, citing court documents, reported that Spears had been ‘pulled over and ticketed‘ by California Highway Patrol on September 10 for driving without a license or proof of insurance in her car.

While it is unknown why she was initially pulled over, law enforcement sources said that she did not have a ‘valid license in her possession’ and failed ‘to provide a peace officer evidence of financial responsibility.’

The Lucky singer was cited a $1,140 fine and ‘must pay up by October 24, 2023, which is also the date of her court appearance.’

Coincidentally, the court date is also the same date her memoir, The Woman In Me, is scheduled to hit bookstores.

She will not have to be physically present in court that day, but will need her attorney to ‘bring proof’ that her driver’s license is valid and that she has insurance.

Last year, the Oops!…I Did It Again artist was caught driving at an ‘unsafe speed for prevailing conditions’ and ticketed for the offense on March 10, 2022.

The citation came months after Spears was advised by doctors to be careful behind the wheel as she reentered the world from a conservatorship which prevented her from driving for 13 years.

At the time a source told People: ‘Britney is very happy the conservatorship is now allowing her to drive. She is ecstatic and beyond grateful for all the help she is receiving right now.’

In years past Spears has struggled on the road: In 2006, prior to her conservatorship, she caused controversy when photographed driving with then-five-month-old son Sean Preston in her lap.

After the incident, she apologized, reportedly telling Access Hollywood: ‘I made a mistake and so it is what it is, I guess.’

The next year, Spears was captured apparently running over the toes of a paparazzi in Beverly Hills, per MTV.

Around the same time in 2007, cameras caught her committing a number of traffic offenses, including running red lights, driving while using her phone and making illegal turns.

That same year ex-husband Kevin Federline also asked a judge to block Britney from driving their two sons Jayden and Sean, now 17 and 18.

Last week, the I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman singer said that she already has a second memoir in the works ahead of the highly-anticipated release of her first.

The Woman In Me is described as a ‘brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope.’

Britney Spears teases her upcoming memoir ‘The Woman in Me’

In late September, Britney teased that she was putting the ‘finishing touches’ on her memoir — which will be released October 24.

The Toxic hitmaker’s memoir was written before her split from Asghari and hasn’t been changed to include the drama between them.

He also won’t get a penny of that money from book sales thanks to the former couple’s ironclad prenup.
