On October 10, Page Six cited court documents collected, the California Highway Patrol (USA) stopped Britney Spears’ car. The reason is that on September 10, she did not have a driver’s license or insurance when participating in traffic.
Afterwards, the authorities towed Britney’s car to headquarters. She was fined for two errors in the amount of 1,140 USD (about more than 26 million VND).
The police asked her to pay the fine before October 24, which is also the day she has to appear in court.
The female singer does not need to be present in court that day but is required to have a lawyer. The lawyer will have to bring evidence, proving that her driver’s license is valid and has insurance.

According to Daily Mail, the court date coincided with the day her memoir hit the shelves. The memoir is called “The Woman In Me”.
Responding to the above information, Britney’s lawyer, Mr. Mathew Rosengart, emphasized on Page Six that the female singer always has a driver’s license and insurance.
After being granted guardianship by the court in 2008, the singer was under his father’s control and could only drive if he gave permission.
It is known that Britney’s right to drive a car was restored a few months ago. Because, in 2008, she was given a guardianship order by the court. The female singer is under the control of her biological father and can only drive if he allows her.
In 2021, she officially escaped her father’s custody and was free to drive.
However, doctors advised her to be careful when driving again after 13 years of not holding the wheel herself.
Britney was subjective with the doctor’s warning. Because in February 2022, she was caught driving at an unsafe speed and had to pay a fine.
Previously, in 2007, she was whistled for the same mistake. However, she only received a warning and was released immediately afterwards. She was not given a fine.
In 2006, Britney Spears was criticized for letting her son sit on her lap and not wearing a seat belt while driving.
