Britney Spears has shared a telling post on Instagram as her sister Jamie Lynn Spears continues to speak out about their relationship on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.

Late on Monday, the singer, 41, posted an Instagram animation which declared: ‘Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them.’

Over the past week Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn, 32, has been opening up on the siblings’ complicated relationship in conversations with her reality show co-stars.

Britney’s post is a clip from Disney movie The Aristocats, and shows an older cat saying ‘Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them,’ while a kitten responds: ‘Well, she started it.’

Jamie Lynn told her campmate Sam Thompson in a conversation over the weekend that: ‘Me and [Britney] throw down. The world’s seen that. I’ve learned to stop talking about it publicly, but you know what, families fight. Listen, we just do it better than most.’

She also mused that her big sister would be worried about her decision to star on the gruelling reality show, telling Sam: ‘I can imagine she’d be worried about me out here. I think she’s probably checking in on me heavily’.

‘I do think she’s probably like, “Why would she do that?” She asked me that before I came here, she was like, “You’re really going to do it?” I was like, “I’m going to go to Australia and check it out.”‘

She added: ‘Me crying, she’d probably be like, “Ya’ll get her out of there, right now!”‘

Jamie Lynn has been speaking regularly about Britney during her time on the show, despite reports that Britney had imposed a strict ban on her sister mentioning her on air.

‘Britney banned Jamie Lynn from talking about her,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively last week. ‘She told her to, for once, make her money without feeling the need to use her sister’s name to get a contract.

‘For Jamie Lynn’s entire career, every show, every appearance, every interview is Britney, Britney, Britney. It’s just sad.’

The insider cited Jamie Lynn’s short-lived spot on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test – which aired a clip of Jamie Lynn in tears while discussing her self-esteem issues brought on by being Britney’s sister.

‘The producers used it as an opportunity for her to dish on Britney and she did, tears and all. It was perfect for what they needed out of her,’ the source continued.

Jamie Lynn Spears says Britney is ‘probably checking in’ on he

‘Britney told Jamie Lynn when she was cast on I’m A Celebrity that she does not want to hear her crying again about how she was always living in her sisters shadows. Jamie Lynn has played that record so many times already Britney just wants her to keep her name out of it.’

Despite the supposed warning, Jamie Lynn has continued to speak about Britney on the show and on Monday night’s episode revealed her famous sister’s very wacky Vegas rider.

Jamie Lynn revealed that Britney had a very unusual request when she performed her Piece Of Me residency in Vegas between 2013 and 2017.

Outside of her shows at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, The Hit Me Baby One More Time superstar stayed in a luxurious three-floor suite at the Rio, which had previously been inhabited by Elton John.

After Sam Thompson described to Jamie Lynn how he imagined her home life would be, she revealed Britney is a big fan of crawfish – and that it was her special request in Vegas.

She said: ‘We’re from Louisiana, we love crawfish. My sister and all of us, we love crawfish so much, but she [Britney] only wanted the good crawfish.

‘So the company in Louisiana would have them overnighted in a box for her, in an ice chest… Even in Vegas, she’d have crawfish, [she’d be] eating crawfish in the Elton John suite.’

Britney’s grandmother used to be well known for her crawfish across the state of Louisiana.

For years, she had her own business called Granny’s Seafood and Deli, where Britney used to work the cash register and clean tables when she was a young girl.

Louisiana is famed for its crayfish – or crawfish – and popular gatherings include ‘crawfish boils’, which centre around eating the crustacean.

The Spears family hosts an annual crawfish boil, with Britney harbouring a special love for the fishy meal.

Elsewhere in Monday’s episode, Jamie emotionally opened up about her eldest daughter Maddie’s near-death experience on Monday night’s installment.

The younger sister of Britney spoke to her fellow campmates about the traumatic ordeal which took place in February 2017 when Maddie was just eight years old.

In the incident, Maddie was riding an ATV near a pond on the family’s Louisiana property when she tried to steer away from a drainage ditch.

According to a police report, she ‘overcorrected’ and ended up in the pond – still secured by her seatbelt and trapped to the ATV.

She spent two minutes submerged under the water while Jamie was just 100 yards away – before being airlifted to hospital, where her mother asked a priest to read her last rites.

As the campmates sat around the fireplace, Jamie Lynn recounted the horrific ordeal as she struggled to hold back tears.
