Justin Timberlake has been photographed for the first time since the release of his ex Britney Spears’ bombshell memoir.
The singer, 42, was snapped arriving in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for a vacation, in photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
According to the publication, Timberlake and his family, including wife Jessica Biel, arrived in Cabo via private jet. The musician dressed casually for the journey, wearing a white T-shirt, gray joggers, sneakers and a baseball cap.
Spears, 41, released her book The Woman in Me on Oct. 24. In it, she writes about the pair’s previous relationship, including allegations that Timberlake cheated on her. (She also admitted to her own infidelity.)

The “Toxic” singer also says that she was pregnant with Timberlake’s baby at one point during their relationship, but she had an abortion because the *NSYNC star, whom she was in a relationship with from 1999 to 2002, “didn’t want to be a father.”
“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” Spears writes of the pregnancy. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”
“If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continues in the book, adding that the abortion was “one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”
Following the release of the memoir, Timberlake turned off the comments on his Instagram posts. And while he has not yet commented on Spears’ revelations, he has expressed regret for his past behavior and shared support for Spears as she sought to end her 13-year conservatorship.
In February 2021, Timberlake shared a lengthy Instagram post apologizing for his past behavior towards both Spears and Janet Jackson. “I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism. I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed,” he wrote.

That same year, Timberlake posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) in support of Spears’ 13-year conservatorship being ended. It was officially terminated in November 2021.
“We should all be supporting Britney at this time. Regardless of our past, good and bad, and no matter how long ago it was … what’s happening to her is just not right,” he wrote on X at the time. “No woman should ever be restricted from making decisions about her own body. No one should EVER be held against their will … or ever have to ask permission to access everything they’ve worked so hard for.”
Days before her book’s release, Spears opened up about her decision to put pen to paper in a post on Instagram. Sharing that she didn’t write the memoir to “offend” anyone, she wrote, “My book’s purpose was not to offend anyone by any means. That was me then … that is in the past!!!”
The pop star went on to say that most of what she writes about happened 20 years ago and she has “moved on,” adding, “It’s a beautiful clean slate from here.”
“This is actually a book I didn’t know needed to be written … although some might be offended, it has given me closure on all things for a better future !!!” Spears shared.
