Khloe Kardashian fans and critics seem to be convinced that the reality star and Good American co-founder has got a ‘new face’ after tell-tale signs apparent in a new video
Kardashian-Jenner critics have been quick to pose the question of whether or not Khloe Kardashian has a “new face”.
Taking to Instagram during the week, the 39-year-old reality star wowed fans when she slipped into a racy frock while getting ready. Posing up a storm in an Instagram reel, fans were quick to comment on her appearance.
Fans and critics alike quickly rushed to sites like Reddit to share their thoughts, with one person sharing a zoomed-in screenshot from the recent reel. Alongside it, they penned: “Filter or new face?”
“Filter. You can tell because it’s doing the thing where her nose looks brown,” penned one fan. Another then added: “Their filters are getting heavier and heavier so much that the pics and videos look soft and fuzzy.”
Meanwhile, someone else added that they don’t believe it’s a “new face” due to not being about to get extensive surgeries back to back. “A nose job takes 1-2 YEARS to fully settle and the final results to be apparent,” they said, adding that in the one or two years following, the nose would “generally too fragile and risky to get another rhinoplasty”

But on another Reddit thread, many people were quick to point out the stark differences in Khloe’s face between a snap from her teenage years and the recent Instagram post. “Just had to repost these pics side by side as a totally ridiculous comparison lol,” penned one Reddit user.
“She was actually gorgeous and her smile,” someone replied. Another then said: “I wish someone would just force her to look at the first pic so she could realise how beautiful she was.” Meanwhile, a third wrote: “God, she looks like a normal pretty woman there. I wonder if deep down she knows she’s f***ed up her face for life.”
Khloe has opened up about plastic surgery in the past, with her doing so in 2020 a year after she had an operation to remove a tumour from her face, which also led to her having another procedure to fix a cheek indentation post-surgery.
