Miley Cyrus is granted a restraining order from an alleged stalker who showed up at her house just DAYS after being released from prison
Miley Cyrus has been granted court-ordered protection from an alleged stalker.
The news about the 30-year-old singer was revealed by TMZ on Thursday, and it was reported that, in her legal filing, she claimed that 52-year-old Alexander Kardalian arrived at her house just a few days after he was released from prison.
The performer – who recently revealed that she did not profit from her 2014 tour – also alleged that Kardalian has also been sending unwanted letters, in which he has detailed his obsessions with her that went back to 2018.
In the filing, Cyrus claimed that the individual has made numerous requests for money. He reportedly made sexually-charged comments about her.
The singer also wrote that Kardalian’s ‘obsessive behavior’ became all the more concerning last summer, when he allegedly arrived uninvited at her Los Angeles residence on two separate occasions.

The individual in question was said to have been escorted off her property both times.
The performer claimed that Kardalian was arrested in December of last year and was imprisoned in San Quentin State Prison until this past August, when he was released.
Cyrus wrote that the individual allegedly returned to her property just a few days after he was released from custody.
She also claimed that Kardalian sent her a letter, in which he wrote that he would visit her residence promptly after being freed from prison.
Although the individual was said to have visited her property, he was prevented from seeing the singer by her security team, who notified police about his presence.
The performer claimed that her alleged stalker was threatened with arrest should he return to her residence in the future, although he ultimately did so.
Cyrus has also wrote that Kardalian has been utilizing her home address for health insurance-related purposes.
She alleged that the individual has written her a letter in which he stated that he ‘doesn’t give a f*** if he lives’ if she did not respond to his attempt at communication.

The performer stated that her alleged stalker was dealing with ‘severe mental health challenges’ in her filing, in which she also claimed that he also harbored what she described as ‘dangerous fixation and/or obsession’ with her life.
The singer has also claimed that, as a result of the individual’s behavior, she is concerned for her own safety, as well as the well-being of her mother, Tish, and boyfriend Maxx Morando.
A judge signed off on the request and mandated that Kardalian is no longer allowed to contact her in any way and that he is supposed to stay away from her musical or public appearances.
Cyrus’ alleged stalker will also have to remain at least 100 yards away from the singer, as well as her home, car and any venues where she is performing, at all times.
