The Transporter star Jason Statham has sold his contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.7 million.
The house came on the market in May at $2,749,000 and was in escrow within a week.

Public records show Statham bought the property in 2005 for $2.4 million.
He is currently building a new dream home in the same area for himself and his model-turned-actress girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whitely, 23.
The single-storey post-and-beam house has floor-to-ceiling glass walls at the back that open to a pool and seating area.
The new residence is just three doors away from where his ex girlfriend Kelly Brook stayed during her recent stint in Los Angeles.
The 1957 house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The British actor, 43, shot to fame in the Guy Ritchie movies Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch.
He went on to build a tough action star career in such films as The Transporter, Death Race, the Mechanic and the upcoming Blitz.
He starred last year in the action thriller The Expendables alongside Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis.
