With advances in science and technology, getting your physical appearance altered is not a big deal. Celebrities often make headlines for going under the knife to achieve their desired appearance. Recently, the Mexican-American actress Salma Hayek appeared on the Red Table Talk show and claimed that her bre*ts have naturally gotten bigger during menopause but people often speculate that she had breast augmentation.
The actress whined about the problems caused by this. But perhaps her natural breast enlargement is the result of the wish she once asked for when she was a teenager. Previously, during a show, the actress reflected on a bizarre wish she made as a young girl.
Salma Hayek claimed that her breasts were getting naturally bigger
Salma Hayek recently appeared on the Red Table Talk show and discussed the struggle of going through menopause. Where many people shy away from talking about topics like menstruation, Hayek blatantly opened up about what women have to go through during menopause.
Most women experience menopause between the ages of 45 and 55 as a natural part of aging. Being alert about her body and her growing age, the actress consults a doctor about the early signs of menopause. The actress said that she was startled after learning about the potential symptoms medical experts listed.
The actor said that during this time, her bre*sts would get large. The actress went on to discuss the stages at which women experience natural breast enlargement. The 54-year-old actress said,
“The b**bs grow a lot. For some women, they get smaller. But there are some women that when you gain weight, your b**bs grow, and other women that when you have children and you breastfeed your b**bs grow and they don’t go back down, and then in some of the cases when you are in menopause they grow again. And I just happen to be one of those women where it happened in every, single step!”
The actress whined that due to her bre*sts growing bigger, she is suffering from severe backaches.

Today, in her 50s, the actress is whining about having large bre*sts, but there was a time when the actress wished to get bigger b**bs. Earlier, during her appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the actress shared that she once literally wished God to give her b*obs. The Frida actress recalled,
“We were on a road trip with my parents and we went to this church that had a saint that was supposed to do a lot of miracles. I was getting teased a lot because everybody was like older and I was like…the skinny tomboy. And so when we went back to the car I said, ‘Oh I forgot something!’ I went back in the church put my hands in the holy water and went…’ Please Jesus give me some b**bs!’”
Nevertheless, the actress certainly wouldn’t have asked for the struggles related to that. The actress shared that today when people see her, they often suspect that she had breast augmentation. But the actress clarified that it increased in size with age.

While discussing her struggle with menopause, Salma Hayek listed several problems she is facing during this period. The actress claimed that she had been experiencing mood swings and hot flashes over the last few years. The actress said,
“I have gone through those periods, I still kind of am, but you got to notice those moments and take a deep breath and kind of say, ‘Okay, it’ll pass. You got to hold it together. And the hot flashes aren’t fun.”
Yes, there are struggles during some stages of life, but instead of crying over them, Hayek emphasizes embracing the growing age and the changes being made in your body. The actress said,
“There’s no expiration dates for women. That has to go,” she said. “Because you can kick ass at any age. You can hold your own at any age, you can dream at any age, you can be romantic at age. We have the right to be loved for who we are at the place that we are. We’re not just here to make babies, we’re not just here to baby the man. We’re not just here to service everything and everyone around us and then when the kids go away … it’s almost like expiration date for you as a woman. It’s a misunderstanding that has been going around for centuries.”
It seems like her growing age has taught Hayek to feel more empowered and break all the stereotypes.
