In 1988 Keanu Reeves came across a terrible accident when he was riding a bike. The Hardball actor called his ride the Demon Ride. When asked about the dangerous mishap, the 58-year-old actor stated that he was riding down Topanga Canyon Boulevard, which runs between the Los Angeles Valley and the Pacific Ocean. Reeves was moving at around 50 miles per hour when he encountered a hairpin corner he met with the accident. While talking about the mishap the actor said,
“I call that a demon ride. That’s when things are going badly. But there’s other times when you go fast, or too fast, out of exhilaration. I remember saying in my head, ‘I’m going to die.”
He further added,
“I remember calling out for help. And someone answering out of the darkness, and then the flashing lights of an ambulance coming down. This was after a truck ran over my helmet. I took it off because I couldn’t breathe, and a truck came down. I got out of the way, and it ran over my helmet.

The John Wick actor is a motorcycle aficionado, and he was so enthusiastic about riding that he actually went to a bike maker to have a custom bike created for him. When the creator Gard Hollinger made the bike for the actor he was impressed and offered to be his partner in his motorbike business. Reeves and Hollinger own the Arch Motorcycle company. While talking about bikes the actor said,
“I had no idea when I brought up the idea of starting a motorcycle company what that really meant. But the custom bike Gard had built for me, which eventually became our prototype, was such an amazing motorcycle to ride that I knew it was something we needed to share with the world.”
The Youngblood actor, as co-founder, is always looking forward to bringing in the greatest technology to make his motorbikes. Reeves is equally committed to his firm as he is to his acting profession.
