She also suggested that the pair ‘traveled’ together in past lifetimes.

Editor Christal Jordan questioned Jada about Tupac calling her a ‘soulmate’ and whether she felt it was possible to be that without a romantic connection.
‘Absolutely, we have soulmates, our children can be our soulmates. I think this kind of romanticized idea of like a soulmate – there’s all kinds of definitions of soulmates,’ Jada replied.
The Magic Mike star then speculated about traveling with Tuapc in past lives.
‘If there is such a thing as past lives, I definitely think Pac and I have traveled a few together, you know, in various forms,’ she said.
When Jordan said that many fans saw what they believed to be chemistry between the pair in various videos from the past, Jada revealed that it was ‘friendship chemistry, love chemistry’ bot not romantic chemistry.
The Queen Cleopatra executive producer previously told Howard Stern the two shared a kiss once, but decided they would be better off as friends.
‘When you have two young people that have very strong feelings… but there was no physical chemistry between us at all,’ she told the shock jock.

Last month Jada revealed she hopes the arrest of a suspect will help solve the mystery of who murdered Tupac.
The Red Table Talk host took to her Instagram Stories to share her wishes, writing, ‘Now I hope we can get some answers and have some closure,’ after the news was announced.
She completed the thought with ‘R.I.P. Pac,’ followed by a dove emoji.
Tupac’s killing remained a cold case for more than a quarter of a century, until Las Vegas investigators announced the arrest of Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis, 60.
‘Duane Davis was the shot caller for this group of individuals that committed this crime,’ according to Las Vegas police homicide Lt. Jason Johansson.
‘He orchestrated the plan that was carried out.’
Davis has admitted in interviews and in his 2019 tell-all memoir, Compton Street Legend, that he provided the gun used in the drive-by shooting, and that he was one three ‘living eyewitnesses’ to the murder.
Davis’ arraignment is scheduled for October 19, and he has not yet entered a plea, according to court records.
Separated: On Wednesday, Jada revealed that she considered a legal divorce from Will, 55, but could never go through with it. The pair tied the knot in 1997, before secretly separating in 2016; they are seen in 2021
The star’s friendship with the hip hop icon began at the Baltimore School of the Arts in Maryland.
‘It was the first day and he came over to me and introduced himself,’ the Girls Trip star explained in an interview.
‘Definitely from looking at him, wasn’t necessarily the type of cat that I would even like, deal with, she said.
‘But as soon as he approached me, he was like a magnet,’ she said describing the charisma of the Soul Train Music Award winner.
‘Once you paid attention to him he kind of sucked you in. And we hit it off from that moment on.’
The actress has been busy dropping bombshells during her promotional tour for her upcoming memoir Worthy – including the news that she and Will have been separated for 7 years.
The star admitted that the pair, who tied the knot in 1997, are still trying to ‘figure out’ what the future of their marriage looks like.
Speaking with Hoda on the Today Show on Wednesday, Jada explained why her marriage to Will broke down, divulging: ‘By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.’
In the offing: Her memoir, Worthy, will be published on October 17
The View host says Jada Pinkett ‘drops bombshells’ to make money
Jada – who admitted in 2020 that she’d had an affair with singer August Alsina – said she considered a legal divorce but could never go through with it, candidly revealing that she made a ‘promise’ to her husband that she would never give him a ‘reason’ to get divorced.
‘I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce,’ she continued. ‘We will work through whatever. And I just haven’t been able to break that promise.’
‘But you still live separately?’ Hoda probed, prompting Jada to confirm ‘we live separately’.
Speaking to People, Jada admitted the pair were in fact living separately when her husband slapped comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022, when he strode onto the stage in a burst of fury over a joke that had been made about his wife’s bald hairstyle.
She noted that no permanent decisions have been made about the future of her marriage, explaining that she and Will are ‘still figuring it out’.
Jada went on to praise her children – Jaden, 25, Willow, 22, and Trey, 30, who is Will’s son from a previous relationship – for standing by her during this rocky time in her relationship.
