FANS have become startled as Khloe Kardashian filmed a chilling detail in the background of her new video.

Khloe pointed the camera at her cat, Gray Kitty, playing inside her $17 million Calabasas mansion near Los Angeles.

In an Instagram Story, The Kardashians star shared a snapshot of her pet cat scratching her paws on a blanket.

However, followers were distracted by the large pillow in the background.

The customized pillow had an eerie resemblance to the Hulu star.

The lookalike woman printed on the pillow had blonde hair similar to Khloe’s and donned a v-necked blue top, accessorized with a silver choker.

THE COMMENTS

In an online thread, critics slammed the reality star for supposedly being narcissistic.

One critic said: “Has that Khloe pillow always been there in the background?”

Another critic added: “Is it common to have a pillow of yourself?”

A third critic wrote: “Is this normal?”

A fourth person chimed: “Why does the cat get to have its own room? And why is there a Khloe pillow in the background?”

SPOTTED ON TV

The same pillow appeared in an episode of the famous family’s Hulu show.

In May, viewers spotted the unique item in her daughter True’s bedroom.

The room featured a large gray-colored couch with various pillows and stuffed animals lined up.

The arrangement included a pink stuffed monkey, a sunflower pillow, a rainbow pillow, and other colorful toys.

At the the center was the pillow of Khloe’s face and most of her body.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

This is not the only time the former E! star has shocked fans with her posts.

On November 10, Khloe and her daughter celebrated niece Dream Kardashian’s seventh birthday with a luxurious, spa-themed party.

The Good American founder posed with the little ones and pouted at the camera.

Khloe had her platinum blond hair down as she hid her eyes behind black, rectangular shades.

THE BACKLASH

However, one eagle-eyed social media sleuth noticed that her nose seemed unevenly shaped.

One critic jumped to the comments section and wrote: “Khloe’s nose is running from her mouth.”

Another critic added: “Oh my god! It’s so crooked!!! I feel like that would make me sneeze. Lots of Laughs. And her lips looked chapped af,”

A third critic shared: “So wonky!”

A fourth person stated: “That thing is so damn fragile. She’s going to have to hold it down in a strong breeze.”

A commentator sadly asked: “Why did she have a nose job in the first place?

“All of the features that made her unique and an interesting beauty have been shaved off.”

In June 2021, Khloe confirmed in a reunion special that she had a nose job and Botox.

Dream is the daughter of Khloe’s brother, Rob Kardashian, 36, and ex Blac Chyna, 35.

Khloe shares True, five, and son Tatum, one, with her ex-baby daddy Tristan Thompson, 32.
